Upon registering for a course you acknowledge that you:

Have read and agree with the Terms and Conditions of Bail Education Association (BEA).

Authorize BEA to correspond with you via email, fax, phone or mail regarding its education training programs and any other important information regarding the bail industry.

Have either registered online or sent payment to be received three days prior to scheduled class.  Taser course must be received seven days prior.

Are required by the Department of Insurance to attend the entire course to receive a certification of completion.

Agree that neither I nor my heirs, estate, personal representative, nor any other person or entity will ever institute any action, litigation or suit at law or in equity against the instructor, BEA and all of its agents, directors and employees for any damages, costs, loss or injury arising out of any activities during the training class.

Refund policy - Course fee will be refunded in full upon written notice of cancellation that is received by email, fax or mail ten days prior to date of registered class.
